All Household and personal effects will arrive at your destination via your chosen port of entry, either Airport or Sea Port. They will then be taken to our local secure facility under clearance authority control. You will be notified of the arrival time and process.
Once your effects are cleared through the local Customs and Agriculture Department, you will then be notified that the effects are available for delivery or either collection from our facility depending on what services you have chosen.

Transit and Storage insurance is very important for any household relocation or while storing your valuable household and personal effects. Even though Hooker Pacific Moving & Storage and yourself have put the best processes in place there is always the unexpected we can’t be guarded against.
Hooker Pacific Moving & Storage can arrange insurance for you; we have two types of cover. We have; full cover or disaster only cover for both our transit and storage insurance.
Full insurance: covers you should any of your household and personal effects need repairing or replacing.
Disaster only insurance: covers you should you loose everything because of fire, flood, earthquake, road accidents etc.
